We do not have ratios or similar system and reward good contributors by having access to more private area. but do not allow complete freeleecheers. We hold quick auditions for people how much average ga's they can make etc. You can do few per month and then have a month without doing but we weed out freeleechers though.
We have nice small community and majority of members has done GA's already and entries are GA's on tens so there are good chances of winning. So far i think the "rule" system is working :) But that is just my opinion ;)

Well, it's fine to use SG for your giveaways, and it's fine to advertise your group in those giveaways, and you can also call attention to your group in our forum (this is the right section for that topic) because of SG connections. The OP just gave me the impression that it was steering traffic to your own site to announce giveaways you're sponsoring on SG. Why not announce them here?

Well we are based on forums and we do invite only and group giveaways there and many events also use invite only GA's that are all on Steamgifts. I did not know that having own forums as a base for Steam Group would be forbidden and if that is so i can delete this thread.
We are not in anyway competing with SG, we just have Steam Group that uses forums as its main platform :)

We currently have 19 members and our entries per Giveaways are 5-15 so chances of winning are nice :) Also that is the reason why we want to limit the number of members so everyone has good chances of winning and also having good community.
Steamgifts has started working again properly for our group so many quality GA's are coming up and also when we reach ~30 members first gaming competiion and events will be starting (with prizes of course)! So stay tuned!

NZTi! Dark Stars is eased ratio based group where you get 1 point for bundled game and 3 for unbundled plus few extra rules which you can check from here and also apply to the group if you want to!

Quick Rules Description
We have ratio system where you gain 3 points from unbundled games and 1 points from bundled games.
Games must have at least Mixed Overall Rating. Games with no ratings yet are for you to decide (just use common sense or help from someone in our team)
We calculate everyone's points for the month for monthly top and they show on Giveaways page and when the month ends then top three members gain points. 1st 15p, 2nd 10p and third 5p.
Also the first one in monthly top gets to participate in NZTi! Monthly Wishlist Giveaways! Where anyone who wants can create giveaways from the winners wishlist and only people who do these giveaways can enter other giveaways from WL GA's. So do not enter these and if someone who did not create an GA there, GA will be re-rolled and that member will get warning. Also everyone who does WL GA's type that this is Wishlist Giveaway in your own way that people see it. And do not forget that GA's made in Monthly Wishlist gets double points!
