Considering they're all entirely different sports games you're going to get pretty much divergent opinions on what to get.

Pirate them then buy the one you like the most. :P

FIFA sucks more and more every year. NBA 2K11 was awesome. If 2K12 is as good, I'd probably go for it. But if Rugby Challenge is any good, it'll be an obvious choice for me, screw NBA.
