I'm so lost on this...
I get the idea, so if it's the same as the previous train, it's a simple substitution cipher right? And the key words are two 6 letter words from the title?
I've tried it all possible ways I could think of - forwards, backwards, multiple passes, manually and in a text editor with search/replace, multiple times over these past days - nothing works, nothing. It's soooo frustrating...
Could you please give a hint I'm using the right approach? Is there some catch? Please...

I'd appreciate if instead of "thanks" you leave some interesting videos, jokes, music etc.
EDIT: A solution in case if someone is still wondering: the link to the previous train is a huge hint about what to do, the only difference is that the key isn't so obvious.
Another hint is the "entitled" word with "title" emphasized which directs where to look for the key.
And the key is "Abduce of Maglev", the first word is the target part of key and the second is the source (you can figure it out of the letters in the sgtools link vm70vm70-g463-4em4-8f1e-af2ef445gfa6).
