So what's up with #13 being an unlucky number? (FORUM PUZZLE) Open till Winter Sale

So I open some forum and find this interesting thread, so I bookmark it. After giving it the discussion below a read, I decide that this is a very interesting thread. The discussion was about this long lost page, from some a biblical book that the Babylonians used when they ruled. And it got pretty interesting due to the fact that I like history, come Xmas sales I was going to buy a few books actually, anyway back to the story. I read through it, and realized I have a tomorrow, unlike those crazy assholes from Babylon.

Nuff’ said.

If you solved this, don't post the answer, just leave a comment in order to bump the thread while I'm gone. Also, to those who have figured this out, the giveaway will be begin once I get a game from the Winter Sale, at which point, I will contact each person who said to have solved this, and give them the link to the giveaway.

I think I know what the question is about??? But regardless this puzzle isn't very clear as to its intent. Is the answer a thread, the book, an answer to the title, a Rick-Rolled video?
