What makes you want to hide a game?
I use ESGST so I can at a glance see the games I have previously entered.
For any game that I haven't entered before, I open the Steam page, usually following this process:
Types of games I am likely to hide:

Your list helped me remember a few more things for mine, thanks :)

When I started on SG I joined everything, I just thought it would be kool to win some free games. Now a'days I enter things that I intend on playing, mainly wishlisted stuff. If I see a giveaway for something I know I will never play or even consider playing I tend to mark not interested on Steam and hide it on SG.
VR Games.
Dating Sims
Anything with the word Hentai in the title or games that are mainly focused on nude characters and sex.
Visual Novels(ones that have no real gameplay, like combat)
Games that look like they are poorly made(things that you use to find on GoGobundle as an example)
Most games under 5P(as they tend to fit what I mentioned above, like all things there are exceptions)
Most Hidden Object Games(there are excepts like Hidden Folks).
MMOs that no longer get support or not in development anymore.
Poorly made horror games.
Games not in English
Quiz Games
Match 5 games(there are exceptions)
Games that are marketed for their achievements and trading cards.
Idle games

The simple answer is: It either looks like something I would not enjoy playing, can't play (VR, language I don't speak and so on) or I already have it (on steam or elsewhere).
As for games I would not enjoy playing these include:
"Most" VNs. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with VNs, even boob novels, but most of them seem to deal with themes that I have no interest in (and I don't care for anime porn).
Sports games (apart from some driving games)
Games that looks like they were just thrown together in a weekend
Games that are generally really poorly received (usually if 80% of all customers seem to hate a game, it usually means something. I don't hide "mixed", but if reviews are overwhelmingly negative, I'll hide it)
Most MMOs. I don't have time for them, and playing MMOs without friends is just not worth it.
Idle games
Simplistic puzzle games. I can enjoy a good puzzle game, but there are many that just look too simplistic to be fun.
Soundtrack DLCs
Achievement spam games (although these usually fail the "looks like it was thrown together in a weekend" test)

I... why are the poll options so odd? :D
Unsuprisingly, I hide giveaways for games I'm not intersted in. Battle Royales, Simulators, Sport games...
Personally, I would never automatically hide a game based on points value, because there's plenty of cheap games that are geniunely good.

I totally agree, there are lots of games ranging from 1 to 5, 10 points that are entertaining or even good so there's no reason to me to sort games by their price/points

other: no achievements/trading cards, I don't own games with no achievements/cards

Often I like to find the gem in the indie and develop a way to scan through Steam queues. Might miss that 1 or 2 games but there are too many games that can replace that void and if its really that good like "There are Billions" it'll be hard to miss a 2nd time. over 8K+ games+dlcs hidden here. Some are games/dlcs owned but can enter. Cheers~

I know there was another discussion about this couldn't find it so I made a new one.
Personally I like to hide Visual novels (as I find them boring) and anything below 5 points.
