Except the game at this price + the upcoming Winter's Expansion bought on Steam comes at the same price of just the base game on Steam (minus some minor differences depending on the region, but still). Which is why I still think it's a price glitch. Or one of the best deals I've ever seen, considering the context.

Yeah I did. I've had it work before a while ago when the coupon was glitched and applied to things it shouldn't, but in this case the coupon works properly and doesn't apply to this deal since it's a sale price. ITAD is misleading because it doesn't state it's for full price games/DLC.
