More restrictions on entries for public GAs?

Hi guys,
I want to start sacrificing more to the holy space cat BUT I resently saw alot of people who are apperently abusing the group system and giving only in their group (5-10 winners, always the same people) and entering every GA they can.
Fine, its allowed and everything is dandy.
Is there an option for "public" GA that enforce rules like ratio/percentage of ga being group outside of sgtools? Because I would think that its not a valid reason to request a re-roll just because of such a thing (and the mods would be annoyed too ^^).

If you want to do Public giveaways, all you can do is restrict it per level, as in, minimum level requirement, that's all.

Sadly there is not, would have liked that as well, the reason I go higher and higher with my giveaway levels is because of that, if we could make different restrictions I wouldn't mind giving lower level giveaways again.

Oh you would hate my won page since only like 4 out of 25 wins had more then 10 people and only 6 had more then 5
Oh but I do apparently still have more then 50% public gas done
