So I'm relatively new, and I still didn't figure out how SG Tools works... Can someone explain, please? Do I have to login with Steam there, too?

Welcome to SG, then! yes, you login via steam on SGTools. It's really a useful tool, in that you can look up if a user has non-activated wins or -- far more interestingly -- what percentage of your wins are bundled, non-bundled, free, etc (CV) here: https://www.sgtools.info/real-cv
And, as the OP did, you can create a "rules lock" (level, CV ratio (Given:Sent? or Sent:Given?), make sure those without activated wins cannot enter, etc) on any invite-only giveaway, and use that to start a train. The link for that is here: https://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/manage
If If recall correctly, the site provides a list of those who pass this test. Then, if the winner isn't logged as having passed the test, you know the giveaway was leaked.

Ooh I see, everything makes much more sense now. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation!

Bump it!
But also, is there a puzzle in this train? or additional hidden giveaways? Just want to make sure I haven't created my own red herring for myself.
