5$ for Doom 3: BFG or 7$ for Doom 3: Pack + Classic Complete?

I think BFG has Doom 3 The Lost Mission which isn't released for older game. if that affects anything. and BFG has some secrets areas censored in Doom 1/2.

Edit: There's extra episode for Doom 2 on BFG.

Doom3 pack includes Doom Classic complete? As far as I know, that would also include Final Doom and Plutonia Levels. Get that one instead if so.

I'd get the BFG and spend a little more on the classics although the classics should be secondary on your list if you don't like old graphics and weird(by modern day standards) controls. The Doom 3 Pack can be skipped.

I'm only missing the Doom 3 Pack which I am considering getting just for old times sake.

BFG has the lost mission but only has the regular levels for 1 and 2 doesn't it? I'd get the classic complete pack myself.

Is Doom 3 no BFG version from steam compatible with win 7 and 8.1? Just because i read in requirements is only compatible with XP.
Anyone can help me?

I bought all 3 for $10, still deciding on whether to activate them or not.

BUT from what I've heard, BFG doesnt give you the wads of Doom 1+2, so no Brutal Doom and other stuff. So either way you would probably have to get Classic Pack

I've heard from several people that the graphical quality in just the doom 3 pack are better than the "upgraded" bfg edition graphics. I haven't tried it myself, but judging from the guy that says no wad in bfg, I'd go classic edition

Doom 3 + Classic Complete. You get more bang for your buck (because you get master levels and final Doom), and D3BFG's "upgrades" suck ass. And there is no mod support in BFG edition.

doom 3 pack cause MODS, classic because uncensored I think.
