How long does Steamgifts support take to respond?

This person gave me a negative rep for no reason (on Steamtrades.com), then minutes later I get a negative rep from some scammer I never encountered. They are either friends or the same person. Now I have -3 reputation from 3 accounts I never traded with. I've sent a support ticket over a week ago from the first negative rep, but still have not gotten a response. Does anyone know how long Steamgift admins take to respond to support tickets?

Uh, you didn't say anything about Steamtrades. Therefore, your post is talking about Steamgifts (even if you're wishing really hard that you were talking about Steamtrades.)

Steamgifts doesn't use a reputation system. Also, I'm pretty sure using 3 accounts is cheating. You should only have one entry per giveaway.

I had one marked as urgent and it took 2 weeks for a response, and that was only after I talked to a mod via steam chat (don't do that).

I had the same exact problem as you too.
