The likely option you will end up with is giving the key away without a creating a giveaway. It won't give give you point towards your SG level, but it will allow someone to enjoy the dlcs.

Should you decide to do this, I recommend that you use one of these two threads;

Anti ninja

My personal preference in these threads is to NOT post the key but ask who wants it.

Depending upon your preferences, you could say something like "I will randomly pick one of the first three persons who request it". Or you could say something like, "Prove to me that you own the base game (you can check their Steam account before giving the key) and why I should give the key to you! I will pick the response that I like best as the winner of the key".

Once you have selected someone, contact the winner privately - I typically post a comment in one of their giveaways. You could also send a friend request on Steam and pass the key via chat there.
