Depends on the type of ticket:) User reports takes a while while re-rolls are solved quicker.

I see. My ticket is in fact a user report. The dude marked the giveaway as "not received" although I've sent him the key.

You can try "Request received feedback" ticket . If he has in fact used your key support will force 'received' status on said giveaway.

Some get answered right away, others never get answered.
I've noticed a trend in how my user reports are answered, depending on who you're reporting.

Re-roll tickets usually take up to a day.

It's really not that hard if you think about it. Who's is simply a contraction, just "who is" or "who has." Whereas Whose is used as a possessive (in this case, to whom which name you are referring). This is the same principle you use for it's or its.
