XFX double dissapation ghost edition has double lifetime warranty. Lifetime is your lifetime not the lifetime the card is sold on the common market like pny's warranty. XFX HD7850 or HD7850LE is the best bang for your buck.

They aren't "low quality" if that's what you're looking to figure out. nVidia and AMD wouldn't let crappy companies sully their name.
The difference as others have stated is the warranty, if you want to sleep easy knowing it can always be replaced, pay the premium. If you think you'll upgrade again and sell it before the warranty expires, then save a few bucks.
