I have to admit, I'm really surprised that it turned to be so difficult. Especially since Ever Oasis is quite popular title (at least among 3DS gamers), and that character design with horns as leitmotif is pretty characteristic too.

I'm guessing the game in question is simply GoldenLand (originally Златогорье 2), which did come out in 2003. Cold Heaven is an expansion pack.

I found this too: Apparently "Heath: The Unchosen Path" was "GoldenLand" in Russia and "GoldenLand: Cold Heaven" was "GoldenLand 2" there.

GoldenLand 1 (that is, Zlatogorye 1) came out as Heath in the West, just as you pointed out.
GoldenLand 2 (Zlatogorye 2) came out as just 'GoldenLand', since technically there was never GoldenLand 1 outside of Russia.
And Cold Heaven was called the same way in Russia - Холодные Небеса.

Speaking of Gobliiins - I have never played the fouth one. Is it worth playing? It doesen't look as bad as some people says, but still I'm afraid of being disappointed.

It's fine. I played it years ago so I don't remember it that well, first few levels are "simple" puzzles just like Goblins 3, while later on it gets more complex (doing more tasks at the same time like Gobliins 2) and I think there is one level where you can mess up and not be able to finish it unless you restart the level, but it doesn't tell you that you messed up. Other than that I don't remember any more trouble. There is a gold tooth hidden in every level and if you collect them all you unlock a bonus level before the last one.

Sadly, never played that one myself either. ;( I remember watching a few videos and thinking that the puzzles and the comedy bits seemed quite okay and reasonably Gobliiinsy (if a tad on the shorter side); but it also felt just a touch too derivative and similar to the first Gobliiins game. I fear like it would indeed turn out somewhat disappointing.
