I spent far too much time with that game in the past...
Have to pass this time though

I found this exact screen in a youtube video of the game you guessed. I think it's safe to continue.

You might want to rephrase the right year, Golden Land: CH is from 2004, Spellforce from 2003 (International Versions)xP
Also, hrm, I played it (or at least the demo), but definetly not under that title, hrm... must be a other country other name thing^^"
But at least I now know the (english) title again of that Hack and Slay that nearly stole Arcanums Worldmap xD

I think it's even crazier than that.
GoldenLand 1 (that is, Zlatogorye 1) came out as Heath in the West, just as you pointed out.
GoldenLand 2 (Zlatogorye 2) came out as just 'GoldenLand', since technically there was never GoldenLand 1 outside of Russia.
And Cold Heaven was called the same way in Russia - Холодные Небеса.

It's fine. I played it years ago so I don't remember it that well, first few levels are "simple" puzzles just like Goblins 3, while later on it gets more complex (doing more tasks at the same time like Gobliins 2) and I think there is one level where you can mess up and not be able to finish it unless you restart the level, but it doesn't tell you that you messed up. Other than that I don't remember any more trouble. There is a gold tooth hidden in every level and if you collect them all you unlock a bonus level before the last one.

Sadly, never played that one myself either. ;( I remember watching a few videos and thinking that the puzzles and the comedy bits seemed quite okay and reasonably Gobliiinsy (if a tad on the shorter side); but it also felt just a touch too derivative and similar to the first Gobliiins game. I fear like it would indeed turn out somewhat disappointing.

It is not that! Additional Hint: Both games got released (not exclusively) for PS2.

I guess around that time it started to be a bit more feasible to get more games than you could eventually play.

Used to be mine timekiller too. Then a family member knocked me outta leaderboards with their 2 million pts+ on diamond mine, that ice rising thingy and butterflies, and I lost interest :D
edit: ah you changed the background of the skull for the guessing pic, I knew something was off

That would be my guess too. Not even close though. Added another picture.

What is a boogaloo?
The Electric Boogaloo is a dance style that became meme-ified to denote crazy sequels, as popularized by the 1984 film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. While we are not break dance battling here, it is kind of like a screenshot battle and hence, the "screenshot boogaloo".
