Steam charged my credit card but i don't have the money on the wallet...

Yesterday friend of mine bought game and it took around a hour before that game appeared in his inventory. So, quite possible Steam Servers are busy.

I had a delay once, less than an hour. You should not worry :-)

I had a similar problem with moneybookers/skrill, made a ticket and the credit came 3 days later, then closed the ticket.
Be sure to follow every step there, don't close the transaction window until the payment is processed, etc. That worked for me, although it took quite a while to process

Steam may be experiencing heavy load. Don't worry it's worth the weight.

I bought three games two hours ago without a problem, I paid for them through my Steam wallet.

i forgot to say that i tried to add the money yesterday XD. but yeah, i guess the only thing to do is wait for the money, or a response from the support

I have had the same problem. It just took some time. Later it was on my steam wallet :-)

I just got a response for the support, he said "delete all the files inside where you installed steam except, steam.exe and the folder steamapps"...
I hope in a better response this time, i forgot to mention that the operation on paypal says (failed) but the money are no more on my credit card.

Same thing happened to me just now. 5 euro from my bank account, nothing in Steam Wallet. Probably overload. I hope.

when you buy a game , while it asks you about payment mrthod it suggests wallet + the remaining ammount from the credit card

if your wallet ammount is low

check that out, i doubt you get charged without asking
