I wasn't one of the winners but I'm sure it was added to their library.

As long the game is available to add to cart and buy, even for pre-orders.

I didn't preoder a game, so I don't know if this is exactly how they show in library, but if a game is not available to "play" it would have the status in library as "Not released yet" and you don't have a "Install game" option

Prizes: Each winner will receive the top three (3) single game titles ranked in his or her Steam Wishlist, which are currently available for purchase at the time prizes are awarded. Prize value depends on games in Wishlist; Steam pricing during the sweepstakes period will determine game value. Prizes are not assignable or transferable . Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of members on the daily winning team. The winners are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prizes.

meaning that they are added directly to library or are added to inventory without the ability to trade them...that's what I think at least

means that your odd of winning change by the number of total people participating
like, your odds are lower if there are 100.000 people vs let's say....10.000 people

I think that's what they are trying to say

No, that means your chances of winning are dependent of the size of the winning team- the more people there are in the winning team, the lesser is your chance to be among the 30 winners
