Sega Bass Fishing Doesn't Work(not sure if this is the right place to post)

My config works perfectly fine, but as soon as I tried actually playing the game, the screen was black but sound was working. I restarted both Steam and my Computer, windowed my game, and reset my graphics driver to make sure it was working, but still the black screen. Can anyone help with this issue?

That game is fairly old, you sure it actually runs properly in current OS's?
You'll probably have better luck looking on the Steam discussions for the game, pretty good chance that someone ran into the same or similar issue before, and maybe you might even find an attached solution.

Try running it as Admin or running it in compatibility mode for various OS versions. Sometimes that's enough to fix most issues.

History repeats itself with Win 11. I remember GOG working extra hard to make all their games compatible with Win10 at release (not that Steam would consider such a thing in a hundred years).

I downloaded and was able to play this on windows 11 just now, maybe it just doesn't like your setup.

Huh, I think it's a graphics driver problem. I'm running an intel i5 and a nvidia geforce gtx 1650 driver
