[Suggestion] Follow a giveaway

Sometimes, we find a giveaway and we don't have enough points for the moment. It would be nice to follow them until we have enough points and see the list in "manage".

That would make easier to keep track of giveaways with several hours or days too

That's why I just put them on bookmark so they appear on the top of my browser.

I bookmark them too but an in-site or even a pertinent RSS feed would be more effective.
