Add a search to search by max level to show up

Right now i'm a level 0 but this would be useful for a lot of people.

Basically a search option to search for things you have the requirements to join, like if your level 1 only Level 0 @ 1 show up and that's all

So the whole list is things you can join instead of searching though a couple pages.

Here lets you mark the option of hiding GAs above your level. That way only the ones you can join are displayed.
