Think i qualified to be disqualified (but not on purpose), 1 per person but nothing about 1 per household, thought twitter and facebook would be seperate but apparently it's all tied together, thus disqualified?

Well, it would in most cases show the same IP address for the outside world. In a local network it of course shows a different IP for each computer when you check them.

Is the format we enter twitter and facebook name important?

You can write your Twitter name as: @name or name. FaceBook name as: name. If you're entering them both, separating them with ',' will do the trick. Even if there for example is not ',' between the two profile names, we got it covered :)
