I really have not much wallet, nor money to fill it a bit. I might just save it and maybe spend it on a wishlisted historical low through the rest of the year, or wait for winter sales. I still feel kinda newbie with Steam sales, but I think winter sale is better than summer sale. At least for the games I've got in both sales.

I'm not having high hopes regarding that, Transistor was in one Jingle Jam bundle, Pyre in 0 (Though I think it was in a DRM-free Itch.io bundle) - it doesn't seem that Supergiant is really keen on bundling their games. (One of the reasons I would be happy with heavily time-sensitive keys from bundles, because it wouldn't crash the games' value on grey markets, but still would offer cheap keys)

I was disappointed with ICEY. Ultimately found it to not be a game worth my time when I played it. Best part of it was the narrator, but the actual gameplay was pretty lackluster.

I can definitely recommend Noita. I absolutely love this game. However, to enjoy this game you need to really like roguelites and have quite a bit of perseverance as the game is really unforgiving and you will lose (long) runs constantly.
The wand building is absolutely amazing and the world itself is a lot bigger than you'd originally think. But the game is truly unforgiving as heck.

I have plenty to play in my backlog, no great discounts for games on my wishlist, and I've got an active Game Pass subscription that I'm trying to utilize while I have it. Steam sales have been largely underwhelming for a while unless you are getting rid of wallet funds or getting something that can't be bought as a key on other sites.

Not sure yet. I have enough in my Steam wallet for something such as Wasteland 3, Spacebase Startopia, GreedFall, City of Gangsters, Encased, or Valheim. Or I may get Black Mesa, a DLC (for a game I still play), and e.g. The Forest. Or eventually I'll sell a few more cards, and then may consider e.g. Terminator: Resistance, or MechWarrior 5. Not planning to go beyond that in any case, as I still have a backlog and saving up for hardware.

So far, it's been mostly DLCs for me. I've got lots of games that need them for the 100%. First time in 3 or 4 years I've seen the Little Nightmares DLC get over 50%, so that was a plus. :P
I'll probably pick up one newer title. Right now, it's a toss-up between Days Gone and Weird West. Unless I see a better recommendation in the next week.
