I hope it wasn't an emergency surgery. My sister didn't even know where her gallbladder was when she was reeled into surgery with a massive inflammation a few years back. Get better and adjust your diet to stay comfortable.
Oh and most important: happy cake! 🎂🥂

I must say, thankfully no. My doctor warned me it could happen, if it isn't taken out, that's one of the reasons I even got to the operation. Also, I wouldn't have known either, I went to an ultrasound for a completely unrelated matter and they found I had massive gallstones. I didn't even have any pain until then. Hopefully your sister is now doing great!
And thank you for the cake :D

It's still annoying to have surgery but at least it was on the safer side.

Yeah she had no idea either. After Easter weekend (and quite a bit of chocolate), she was not feeling great but no pain, nada. She went to the doctor for something totally unrelated and the doctor examined her and sent her for an ultrasound urgently. The technician who examined her said "wow" which you never want to hear from any medical personnel. She was told her gallbladder, which should be about 2 cm was about 12 cm in size, and asked to go to the ER. It was stressful but it was in time, thankfully.
She is totally fine and staying away from fatty food but not the occasional piece of chocolate or croissant. It's just a matter of pacing yourself so it's all good.

Enjoy the remaining time you have left off before returning to the real world. Hope you recover fully!

It's a fairly routine operation and through laparoscopy it's kind of an uninvasive procedure. Honestly, I've feel quite well after four days. But I am not allowed to do anything seriously physical for a month, though. So yeah, it'll be a bit more than three weeks when I'm back at work.

congratulations on the successful recovery, that's great news!

Two weeks ago I had my gallbladder removed and to celebrate my doctor clearing me to get off sick leave in a week's time and get back into the real world, I'm giving you a really simple puzzle for a long-ish train. Since I haven't celebrated any cakedays in my whole 13 years on this platform, I though it was time I did this. I decided to not have any crazy rules for this train, just a simple puzzle and a Level 1 will suffice.
Jiggidi
I tried my best for this to not be a train of the usual suspects, I probably failed a bit, but I did make it a rule for there to not be games with reviews under 75% positive. I think only one is under 80%. Hopefully everyone can find at least something for themselves in this!
Good luck!
EDIT: I won't be able to get through every nice comment you wonderful people left as I don't want to just spam thank you messages, but I do appreciate every one of you leaving a word of encouragment. It really means a lot!
