Is there script, to watch for example all level 4 giveaways, or filter all games with my region?

Not sure about region filtering, but you can always request that feature.

I think, better than this should be filtering junk games (for example lower than 40% positive comments on steam)

SG can filter anything above your level (i'ts a feature in the site no need for any script). lvl below is the problem.

I'd quite honestly love a script that shows me all giveaways of multiple copies [so much bang (odds) for your bucks (points)] ;-)
