Natla from Tomb Raider, of course. Although I adore the visual redesign she got in Anniversary, her speech before getting knocked off a ledge by a certain troublesome adventurer was far better in 1. Without saying much, her idea of altering genetics and sort of forcing evolution's hand was just awesome. That and she's just a badass - cruel, cunning, ruthless, willing to use people like tools to further her plans... perfect brilliant, but cold hearted villainess. <3 Although cold hearted's somewhat debatable considering why she did what she did; it was more the how. Oh, and she looks amazing for her age, but if I say what age she is... then that's a spoiler.

Also, I'd be lying if I said she had nothing to do with why I keep my nails as long as I do. I already had them grown out about her nails' length before Anniversary came out, but seeing them on her (and seeing her use my shade of nail polish!) did make me want to keep mine even more. lol
