God Eater 2 (Which includes Resurrection, meaning 2 games for the price of one) and Aragami are some of the best, if not the best games you can and should buy in this sale. You can dislike anime and still enjoy those a lot.

If you're a fan of sci-fi VNs, Root Double might be worth a go at under $10. I played it through family sharing, but I'm thinking of picking up a copy for my own library.
Tales of Symphonia still has issues, but as usual it's worth at least your $5 with the unofficial patch.

Can't figure out about anime tv series , if you buy them are they like rental or you keep them for good?
I am quite an anime fan and I welcome this to steam if they allow keeping it for good as it would save me from storing shit-ton of anime shows on my hard drive =)

Steam still has that secret-fine-print that states they can take away your account at any point in time and, as many people have pointed out over the years(correct me if I'm wrong, of course) people have been repeatedly talking about how you don't "technically" permanently own your Steam purchases, and I think it applies to movies/shows too. I've read in several reviews of movies and TV shows that it's all streamed, and apparently it doesn't buffer very well.
I'd suggest you research it yourself but Steam is very iffy on some things.

Ah, I see. Well, OPM's first season is too short, you have to wait till the next season for the more meaty stuff. I've read both manga and yeah, Mob's anime adaptation was surprisingly great, the changes they made from the manga works very well.
