Running add-ons like the above user? If so, they're most likely causing the issue.

Not the grid view, but yeah using an add-on I made myself, so let's see if I can fix it :-)
EDIT: yeah works like a charm with the add-on disabled.. gonna do some debugging!
EDIT2: Found the issue.. turns out I tried to code something like this feature to immediately hide the game after clicking the button without reloading the page.. well that's not necessary anymore :-)

Edit : It's gridview option in SG++ add on. Unmarked it and problem solved. Activtated it again and " please wait message again.

Any chance the new function can be made optional then? I don't wanna miss the grid view and I also don't wanna be spammed with unwanted games. (hiding more than 4300, adding new ones daily). And turning the grid view off every time only to hide games sure is a hassle.

it only hangs for me on the 2nd and later pages, not on the first. Might have to do something with SG++'s endless scroll?

Happened to me few minutes ago, refreshed page and now it's all perfect.
Try to refresh page, if didn't work, restart browser, should work.

You might notice a quick update to the site today that's been requested a few times. Instead of the site reloading when you click the icon to hide giveaways for a particular game, the request will now happen in the background so you can continue browsing where you left off.
