I'm still in and I've almost beaten my record. I've participated for 4 years, and still haven't completed it, I've always failed. 2 years ago, I reached 18 days, and this year I'm aiming to complete No Nut November. Almost halfway there. :D

Then perhaps conquering your inner reproduction instinct and using that drive to more productive and better for you skills./routines/activities to become the best version of yourself is a far better way to use a sentence instead of a verb to give more insight and fancyness in descrinbing my part-taking in this months challenge one more.

Well,because I dont really like fapping to a screen anymore.I want to do it with a real person,to whom i have a special connection too. I'm pretty sure NNN is just an internet fad everyone makes fun of and laughs about "losing" on the first day.
Apart from someone having enormous porn addiction and needing their hands tied to not look at questionable videos online, there is no sense in abstaining for a month. Maybe if you are having problems conceiving or keeping it up when making love, then you could take a break, but overall there is neither benefit for health nor brings attention to anything. (btw seriously - don't take porn addiction for granted.. )
To be honest I have seen more doctors pointing out that NNN actually could lead to prostate problems. It's healthy to do "it" and abstaining is IMO a cruel joke those who are in relationships try to play at some more naïve part of the internet. I mean do you think people really say no to sex on November? :D Don't harm yourselves guys. (Or are we on that part of the internet where girls don't exist and where everyone is single and a virgin?)
If you want something that brings attention to men's health take part in something that can be visible and isn't unhealthy for the body - Movember for example. Or do sport activities - my local gym is running men's health month all throughout November by giving free admissions and handing out gifts and bunch of other stuff.

Isn't this whole thing supposed to be a joke? Like people say they're abstaining but in reality it's just an excuse to post horny stuff. I find it hard to believe that anyone would change their usual frequency for a dumb internet challenge, also going a whole month without masturbating doesn't sound particularly healthy.
