First, off giving you the benefit of the doubt and I don't trust links I don't recognize.

Yeah, I've been getting added by tons of 'private' accounts, so I just block them. If you click on it, it apparently 'secretly' downloads a coded picture unless you have the 'save as' option for downloading activated. It's only harmful if you don't have that settings option on.
