Delays in getting a request for a new winner approved?

I had to request new winners 3 times for a giveaway I created over a month ago.

I was giving away a game that came with its DLC and people entered the giveaway that already had the base game.

This latest request has taken the longest (2 weeks so far).

Is there a delay in getting requests approved?

Are the admins on holidays?

i think you can enter a giveaway with dlcs even if you have the base game. i read it somewhere here.. but forgot where :)

sure you can. but the giveaway creator can request a new winner in that case.

I'm having the same problem here, the winner already owns the game and I put a reroll request in nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing

Well at least it's not just me then.

I hope the admins will get on top of them soon.
