Dead Space 3 Crash when clicking on Load game or New game

Hello guys! Well, I'm turning into you for help, I've tried every fix on google, reinstalling/repairing Dead Space 3, still doesn't work; my problem is: When I click on Load game or New game the game just crashes, I tried everything what I found on google, any1 ever had this problem and if you fixed it, please tell me how! Thank you!
