MBCoder had several art contests by now. heavenhairsixes has also some awesome artwork but not sure if either have special groups for it

I used to be an "active" member of a daily sketch group.
Every day a new and very random assignment was posted and you had a few hours to do your interpretation of it. It was a mix of amateurs like me and very skilled artists, and everything in between.
Topics could be "Six armed purple space-marine" but also "Lone tree on island" :P
It seems to have died though, it's not nearly as active as it used to be.

Hello there!
I'm looking for a website or steam group or whatever that has digital art contests. I'm not a professional by any means, so I don't want to enter pro competitions. I just want to do some artworks for fun and I usually lack inspiration, but I feel like art contests can give me lots of motivation.
I was browsing contests on deviantart but 90% of them are about drawing ponies, anime, chibi and adoptables. They are totally not my cuppa tea.
The prize doesn't really matter, I just want to have fun, get motivated and improve my skills. Thanks for everyone who is giving me answers.
