I have aproblem with a winner on a giveaway!

Hello guys!I have a question, one guy on a giveaway that i create won!until here all good!in the description i said that i will add the winner because it is a gift!i added him but after 1 day he erase my invitation and he blocked me!what can i do in this occasion!? thank you in advance :D

You could try sending gift to e-mail adress. See if he accepts it then.

yes but if he accept it and then he never press that he receive what can i do then?

You could go to your inventory, click the "more" tab, then "view gift history" and screenshot the fact that the gift was sent and received on his account.

You could then ask support here at SG to fix your received status and send them a link to the screenshot if he didn't mark it as received.

thats a different case.
If he activated it, he should mark it as received....but support will take no action until a week passed, so wait and if he does not -> report
Also if he does not activate it and you send him the gift-> report with screenshots

well... you know.... its just a giveaway after all, you don't really need to push on stuff... i mean it's generousity, thanks but going apeshit for a confirmation issue is just unnecessary.

just wait until the 7 days passed and ask for reroll. Don't stress yourself too much by reaching the winner you already did your duty.

meanwhile you wrote, that he "accepted it" ...if he has the game, maybe even on his account you can't reroll. If someone takes a win and does not mark is as received/nor activate it or if you can't give someone his win are two different cases.

Did you even read the rules when you've registered? You're not supposed to add anyone, you are supposed to email it.

I guess you did not understand them....it's the winner that should be patient and wait until the creator contacts him, of course the creator can add the winner .

If I win a gift, when can I expect to receive it?

Giveaway creators are allowed one week to send the gift after the giveaway has ended. Depending on the type of gift and the giveaway creator, you might receive the gift to the e-mail address you have listed on the account page, a key might be added beside the gift you won, or the giveaway creator might have sent you a friend request on Steam to make the exchange. Please remain patient, and do not contact the giveaway creator during this time. If the gift is not received after one week, you can mark the gift as not received, and attempt to contact the giveaway creator on Steam to follow-up.

I've added about 400 winners, and (when possible) wrote a message to tell them why. So far, everyone's been able to solve the mystery of the strange person adding them...
