Ok, I tested both in firefox and chrome and didnt see Face Noir. But worked in Edge so finally got the game. :)

When I first clicked it was Corporate Lifestyle Simulator for me instead of Face Noir. I refreshed and now even that isn't showing up. I'm suspecting this is some sort of region difference but eh. Not interested in Corportate Lifestyle Simulator anyway.
