Is it possible to add region-restricted titles to Steam Wishlist?

Hi everyone, is it somehow possible to add region-restricted titles (not accessible through the store) to your Steam Wishlist with console commands, ASF/SteamDB etc. ?

AFAIK you can only follow those games from their community hub news pages but it's not possible to add them to your wishlist.
