Region Lock on Saints Row: The Third from the new humble bundle?

Hi:)

I just got my Giveaway deleted because it apparently is region locked.
The game i was giving away was Saints Row: The Third from the newest Humble Bundle (I already own it and bought the bundle for 8$)
Is that game region locked even from steam, or just from the Humble Bundle?

And for the future, where can i see if a game is region locked?

Region locked through Steam, yes.

And not sure how to find out if stuff is locked :/

The game is not region locked,the retail key activation is blocked in germany for the non-german version. Still you can get it uncut if someone gifts you a RoW version.

And no,you can't really no except informing yourself for every game(forums for example). Dead Rising 2 OTR for example can be activated,but not downloaded or updated from a german IP.

That is actually not true. I own Dead Rising 2 OTR and already downloaded and played it in Germany.

Playing no problem,but downloading? Well i dont have it,can't check. Just know from the store page: "Hinweis: Capcom verlangt, dass das Spiel mit einer IP-Adresse aus Deutschland weder installiert noch aktualisiert werden kann. "

So we can't share SR3rd on Steamgifts because they can't activate in Germany?
Even if we explicitely mention it in the giveaway (don't enter if you're from Germany)?

It's region locked in Turkey too. But my friends have activated and downloaded with no problem.

If the bundle is won by a German who can't activate the key, Humble Bundle will replace the Saints Row 3 key with a key for the censored version, so there is no regional issue here, and no problem with giving it away on Steamgifts.
