back... and better than he was before.
Welcome back and thanks for the train

Grats ^^
You see, throughout my time, I've notice a trend. All these people who say crap like: "Oh, I'm a gamer, I love gaming. I just don't have the time anymore with the kids"
I call bullshit lol
I work full time, the Mrs works full time. We have 3 kids who demand more attention then a Kpop star. Time for gaming may wait til they go to bed, but there is always time. Just don't forget, don't miss a chance on a memory with your kids, the game can wait.
Using the Mrs' steam account for reference (She plays less then I do as she tries to keep a sleeping pattern), she still has clocked up 82 hours of gaming in the last 2 weeks.
There is always time for gaming ^^

I appreciate that. I normally game late at night anyway. I dedicate time for content creation, cleaning the house and such up until 7 PM. After that I generally dedicate 1-2 hours/night to game. Considering I am 94 hours/2 weeks and a lot of it is spent leaving my game to idle, I think I might be better off than I think most people say I would.
How much different do 1, 2, and 3 children make as what you can and can't do? Is it easier or still as difficult? Difficulty does not scare me. I want to have children. I am aware that some things you can and can't do.
Of course, I'll never put gaming first. For me, it's a hobby, a passion, and something I use to some day create a living.

There are horror stories of ones' kids, and then there are horror stories like these.
Glad you're taking it all in stride (since you sound still very much upbeat :D ) and maybe that's a thing you can blackmail/guilt-trip your son with in the future when he's naughty😈 I personally suffered a chipped front tooth as a kid, but luckily it never inconveniences me too much as an adult even though I opted for basic fillings(?) instead of a crown etc.
It pales in comparison to your situation no doubt, but I hope you recover quickly all the same so that the new teeth feel like normal! Thank you very much for the I'm-back trains!

The story of dental hygiene is horrifying. I have to brush my beak thoroughly with a toothbrush....🪥d(・Θ・。)
Well, as a matter of fact, maintenance of old treatment scars is required.
🦷😅<Long ago, I had a bad habit of not being able to sleep without eating a candy 🍬, and my mouth was horrible....
I don't have that vice now! I don't have a long therapy life anymore!
So I looked at the text with a sense of urgency, as if it were going to happen to me one of these days.👀😱
Hope the treatment is going well.😊✨🦷✨
Welcome back 😺

Fake ‘micro’ here, wow. And a great selection, too, some nice additions to my WL, some handy reminders of stuff already in the library. My new teeth also passed a shy ‘hi’, sharks get their new sets of teeth their entire life for free, we have to pay with money AND suffering. But at least we get to play games and sharks can’t, i wouldn’t wanna switch.

Happy Cake Day ^^
With how I am, right this very moment, I can't recommend going the road I've gone. The pain I'm in right now, the concerns I have with things I'm feeling in the area. All the unfamiliar, after all I've never had all my teeth pulled out before. However, I could be wrong and nothing is actually wrong and I am concerned for no reason. In which case, I seek the end result, let me sleep. Give me better drugs to pass time.
In the end, if everything works.. Eating steak > Not eating steak

What an ordeal. Glad you're taking it all in good stride. Welcome back!
It takes a few months for implants to start feeling normal because the jawbone and nerves need time to adjust. You'll be munching on steaks before you know it :)
Wish you a full recovery and hope the new set of teeth lasts you a lifetime.

I've heard the dentist services cost a lot in the West, but 39000? Ouch. It's like a new one-room flat near the capital of my country or +- my salary for 20+ years. Nice punches though, not every person could kick molars out with bare hands (or feet 😅). Seems like he is going to be a martial arts champ! Thanks for the train and recover soon!
And, you know, you should probably sleep with a mouthguard on😅

After nearly a year away, I’m finally back! For those who remember me, you’ll know I’ve got three amazing (and occasionally chaotic) boys—12, 5, and nearly 2. I absolutely love being a dad, whether it's creating fantasy stories with my eldest, weaving "choose your own adventure" tales, or trying (and sometimes failing) to harness the creativity of the little ones. Parenting is an adventure all on its own… but one of my kids decided to take things to the next level.
You see, my 5-year-old has always been a bit of a nighttime terror. A champion of unnecessary midnight invasions, he’s spent years sneaking into my bed, tossing, turning, and generally thrashing about like a fish on land. Unfortunately for me, his chaotic sleep gymnastics had some unintended consequences. Over many months (and probably hundreds of accidental headbutts, kicks, and wild flailing limbs), he managed to knock out my two front lower teeth. One at a time. I swear, if there were an Olympic sport for stealthily breaking a parent's spirit (and dental structure) while asleep, he’d be a gold medalist.
Now, I’ve never been the most self-conscious person, but walking around looking like a hillbilly horror show did a number on my confidence. A trip to the dentist confirmed my worst fears—without intervention, my lower teeth would slowly shift and eventually just… fall over on their own. Fantastic. My options?
So, after raiding my superannuation (because, let's be honest, I wasn't waiting for my teeth to fall out one by one like a grim countdown to self-destruction), I just had the surgery two days ago. My face currently feels like it doesn’t belong to my body, I'm doped up on pain meds, and I’m probably not forming words properly yet… but hey, I’m back!
With that said, I have a couple of small trains. Get your tickets, checkpoints here - With no defined order, or significance, cos I couldn't be bothered:
I've prob screwed something up but they should be up for a week. -Yep, screwed up, I have an odd cart.
12 goes for two weeks. Oh noes, anything goes ^^Train - Level 0
Train - Level 1
Train - Level 2
Train - Level 3
Train - Level 4
WL Train - Level Over 9000
