Hard to say.
There's Halo/HL2/HoMM5 OST, then there's The Last Stand of Duke Pavel Griffin from HoMM6, New Worlds from ME and Still Alive from Mirror's Edge and Bastion OST. And I also lke the town theme from Torchlight I.

I like Baba Yetu from Civilization IV.

Hotline Miami by far

I guess my current favorite is Metal Gear Solid's "The Best is Yet to Come". That's the most nostalgic song I know (I finished this game 7 times in my childhood, so yeah, I kinda like MGS... a lot).

Another one that I love would be "Setting Sail, Coming Home", from Bastion's soundtrack. That is glorious.
