The "free" game Killer Instinct was recently released on the Windows 10 store. It has been available for the Xbone since it's launch though...

Yep, on a phenom II 945, a gtx 660 e 8gb ram I run it all maxed in full hd at 60 fps ;)
System requirements are bigger like always, in every game is like that.

Yea, it's F2P with IAP's for the characters. This is the same as on Xbox, nothing special about the PC release here.
