Just keep on right clicking and hit reload, it will load eventually.

Maybe they have a bad database handling, so they are forcefully disconnecting everyone to free resources and allow new connections ;)

You're telling me you've been on Steam since early 2011 and you've never seen it go down once? You do use it much, do you?
