Have not received winner response?

Hi. I am sort of new to this site. And I recently gave away a game. This was yesterday I believe. Anyway, I sent the game to the person, but have yet to receive a response. Despite the fact he was on 3 hours ago. I am just wondering if there's anything I can do, as he has not responded to my gift yet. I am worried because I would like to raise my contribute status. But I can't do that if this person is not replying.
