Final Fantasy games, Kingdom Hearts games (although I've kind of lost interest in it already) & the recent Tomb Raider game. Sleeping Dogs is pretty nice too.

Depends what you mean by Square Enix games. If it's about games that Square Enix actually made, then it's most certainly Deus Ex Human Revolution(Tomb Raider 2013 doesn't even qualify, as Square Enix had nothing to do with the actual creation of that game, only with its production). If you want an extended top and ask about games that Square acquired the rights to by gobbling up Eidos, then the right answer can only be Deus Ex. I like Thief Deadly Shadows to death too(yes, more than the first two, because, among other things, it makes a lot more sense for a thief to have a dagger, rather than a goddamn paladin long sword), but I gotta go with Deus Ex. That game is almost perfect.
