rerool no work in site?

I have encountered several times. requested a new winner. Ticket weigh usually more than 3 days. Do I have to wait 7 days for review? or in parallel it is necessary to immediately request for deletion and let whoever wants to take a chance again?

You should wait till support answer your tickets and don't make new additional tickets. Usually request new winner is solved within a few days.

Deletion may take even longer than reroll.

this is my previous one. oddly enough, deleting was faster than choosing a new one. considered quickly for removal. so the question arose. because many complain that there is no confirmation of the reroll ticket.
