What's a thread without a poll?
I am having an awfully hard time with the superimposed mental images of Danmachi girls and monster girls. Thanks for that. :D Mission accomplished, I suppose?
Your game looks quite neat and I'd definitely like to have a shot at it. Wishlisted! Congrats, good luck, and, well, lol at the "waifubox" name. It's definitely an inspired one. ;)
Now, I'm totally a missile, but while I have no missile-related games among my favorites (at least not yet), I'll share the fact that Mini Metro (which is train-related!) is one of my favorite games. Great to get stressed out by the management troubles relax! ;) Can I still join your whitelist, regardless of my missileness? (Wait, is that even a word?) Thanks for the train and for being considered! (BTW, Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae was fun to play, though rather short.)

Of course you can still join the whitelist! I just wanted real people to join, I'm not judging their giveaway seeking missile moral code.
Thanks a lot for giving my game a spot on your wishlist! And I'm happy the presentation worked, haha. I did my best with the packaging, even when it came to naming things. ๐

Thanks for the ride! Wishlisted your game and wish you the best of luck!
Speaking of rides, my fave game is Road 96 and its quite a journey! It
s so immersive, so stylish, so diverse... I love it.
Katana Zero is a game that don't possess in any platform and it`s been on my wishlist for a time now. I would like to be on your wishlist!

Thanks for the train! I really like comedy VNs so I might buy it in the future. Good luck with the release!

Yeah, I read about it being a John Carpenter movie on IMDB a bit earlier, but I couldn't believe it's a comedy movie. Although, thinking about it, Halloween often feels like a comedy too. ๐
I admit I'm not well versed in his work, so I might have the wrong impression about the man until I see some more stuff he did though.

I LOVE MONSTER GIRLS! LET'S GO! LET'S GO! LET'S GO!
Added the game to my wishlist, and I would like to be added to your whitelist. I've never watched Monster Musume or Danmachi, but I do quite enjoy other forms of media that contain monster girls ;)

Of course, and thank you!
Also, I won't answer since you seem to already realize what I'm referring to ;)

I appreciate the giveaway train. Added your game to my wishlist because I like VN with different mechanics. However, I'm sad that there won't be nudity as a "hidden" patch (like one file added just to unlock it). The artwork looks great, good luck with the release!
About the whitelist, Katawa Shoujo is one of the best VN I read/played.

Please refer to this comment and this comment. Thanks a lot for taking the time to do so!

Thanks for that huge train! There were a lot of Indie games that (thx to you) I just discovered. Lovely, my Wishlist has more games now :)
And I added your game to my wishlist, because we cannot have enough good karma :P I'm not a fan of Visual Novels, so perhaps the only thing that I got to say is that I saw nice waifu material so I'm sure everyone will keep an eye on this one. And good luck with your game!
My favorite game is without a doubt Dragon Age (the whole saga). I'm always whishing for EA & Bioware get together and make a new one... fingers crossing!
I will add you on my whitelist, you are surely a nice guy. Hope you add me on WL too.

Your game looks rather interesting.
As for my favorite game? The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and its DLCs are something I'll never get tired of. I've put almost 2k hours into it, and it's still fun, with lots of new things to see.

Thanks for the train :)
I would like to join the whitelist. Lots of games that I can call favorites. Of the last games I played, I really liked The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. But hey, who wouldn't like this game anyway? Therefore, my second favorite forever remaining in my heart is Pyre. Not very popular compared to Hades, but very soulful game. I recommend to try.

I'd like to join to the whitelist. Regarding your game, I'm not sure but it looks like AI cgs. While I accept that developing its already hard as it is, and using AI generated images can ease the burden, I hope that the game gain enough traction and money to start using human art. This is from both from an artist and someone that also wants to create his own games. If they aren't AI cgs, I apologize and excuse my rant.
And, about a favorite game, I can't only choose one. I love persona 4 and 5, also DA Origins, Divinity Original Sin 2, Mass Effect 2, and Fallout NV. To be honest, they are gems, but what I like the most are how characters bond with you through the game.

I appreciate the thoughtful comment regarding the art. It is indeed generated with AI and I am aware that this is a sensitive topic and many people have very strong opinions on it. I personally do not have a strong opinion on it and only chose it out of a complete lack of alternatives and a debatably selfish wish to create a game despite my lack of financial resources.
This is somewhat close to the piracy topic in my mind and they are both very very complex issues which I do not feel properly equipped to tackle. ๐
What I can say for certain is that if I ever get the resources I would absolutely love to work with a real human being.
If you do not want to support the game because of the AI art I totally get and respect that. You met my criteria for non-giveaway seeking missiles, though, so you're on the whitelist. Good luck! :)

Thanks for the train, good luck with your game, and I'd like to join your whitelist if the offer still stands.
It's not my #1 favorite game, but I just finished DOOM Eternal a week or so ago, and it's damn near perfect. Probably the most metal game I've ever played, and easily the best game I've played in years.

Hello, wonderful people of Steamgifts!
I've been collecting keys for the last years, wondering when to turn them into giveaways.
Now that I'm working on a game of my own, this sounded to me like a great excuse to give out some games, ask for some feedback and maybe even a little help overcoming some release related challenges.
The game is called 'Is It Wrong To Try To Rescue Monster Girls From The Inquisition?' and, as you can probably tell from the title, it's a silly spoof/comedy anime game about rescuing monster girls in a fantasy world.
The original release date was going to be in May, but I'm still working out some kinks in the visual novel engine, so the actual release date is more realistically somewhere in the first half of June.
To address some potential questions about the game:
Every other detail should be on the Steam page, but I'd be happy to address any question you might have here, so leave them below.
Most of all, if you have feedback regarding the Steam page I'd be even happier to take it into consideration. Whatever you think should improve, what other things you would expect from the game, etc.
Again, it's my first time doing... pretty much anything you're seeing on that page and will see in-game. So I'm certain there are lots of things to improve and I'm eager to improve them!
Steam page here!
Steam's algorithm for burying cheap low-effort games works better than ever for them, but it comes with disadvantages for people like me with basically 3 friends whom I could ask to wishlist and/or buy and review my game, which is why... I'm in dire need of some help.
My appreciation would be immeasurable if you could add my game to your wishlists! It might help if you did it even if you do not necessarily plan to purchase it on release.
Thank you so much!
Now... Put on your gym wear because it's time for some train-ing! (awful pun)
A total of 80 games, 7 of which are whitelist only, while the rest are levels 0 through 3.
To get on the train just remove the mistake from the link: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/MQdmistake3U/
My current whitelist is relatively small and many people on there aren't active anymore, so I'll give you a chance to join and maybe grab one of the following games.
I selected some games that I like and some that have somewhat of a connection with my own game. So if you like any of these, we already have something in common, hurray!
Amnesia: Rebirth | Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night | Hiveswap Friendsim | Katana Zero | Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae | NOT FOR BROADCAST | Paradise Killer
If you want to join the whitelist just leave a comment mentioning you want to join and... I don't know, maybe tell me something about a favorite game of yours, so I can tell you're a real human and not an emotionless giveaway seeking missile.
These giveaways will run for about two weeks, so everyone should have a fair chance of entering and winning something. There should not be any region restricted nor activated keys as far as I am aware, but please allow for a degree of error. Most of these keys are pretty old.
Enjoy the games and best of luck, everyone!
But let's not forget that a thread is just a potato without a TL;DR, so here's one kept to a respectable number of words:
I make game.
Launch? Soon.
Feedback? Please.
Wishlist? Please.
Giveaways? Above.
Whitelist? Ask.
Hotel? Come on, this joke is too old now.
