These questions make me feel old. I still remember a lot of really great NES/SNES games. The Guardian Legend, Solstice, Kid Klown, Shadowgate, Zelda: LTTP, that first really awful Mario Kart game..

And then all the N64 games that just took over my life when I hit 10 and we finally got one. More Zelda with OoT and MM, Mario Party, Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Conker's Bad Fur Day, the mini-games in Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2..

And when I went to my grandmother's house, it was Spyro, Roll Away, Digimon World 3, and Legend of Dragoon on her PSX.

I can't pick a favorite. Too many of them still invoke nostalgia and love. D:

Did... did somebody besides me just remember Solstice?

That was the first video game I ever got 100% in. With a ton of graph paper and many weeks of searching for that damn room under the spike.

Solstice has a special place in my heart; mostly for its music. The title screen especially. bestmusic. That, and blowing most of my summer mapping it out as well. Can't forget that, lol.

Though I don't think I ever 100%'d it. :c So props to you on that!

My favourite childhood games.... Streets of Rage 1, Streets of Rage 2 and Streets of Rage 3, Road Rash 2 and Road Rash 3, Flashback, Jurrasic Park, Jurrasic Park Rampage Edition, Jurrasic Park World, The Adventures of Batman and Robin, Golden Axe II and Golden Axe III, Doom Troopers, GTA III, GTA Vice City, GTA Liberty City Stories, GTA Vice City Stories, Pursuit Force, Pursuit Force Extreme Justice, Killzone Liberation, Ghostbusters, Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles(they werent huge to me) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Hyperstone Heist and maybe Cossacks, a Sunset Riders game and a great looking Robocop game that was very short but very hard.
That should be mostly it, its hard to remember... i didnt know about any other games during the Golden Age of games and i didnt have the means or knowledge realy... but now i love a whole lot of games from the old times that were around and were huge as i was a little kid back then. Sega Genesis was my dearest friend
