Try multiplying 26 with 1.2. (25 is the default cap, and the +1 comes from the Max Payne 3 DLC, which is not bundled, that is why it can be more then 30 right now).

You need to give away games that don't have an * attached on the giveaway list for your CV to go up - giving away full bundles do count as non-bundle if you can find them on the giveaway list :)

No, I'm afraid not. It's on the bundle list, as are all your other giveaways except for the Max Payne 3 DLC one.

No, gifting Guacamelee will not result in a increase of CV for you as you've already reached your maximum bundled amount.
If you wish to receive credits for gifting Guacamelee, gift more non-bundle games.
I'm not sure what you meant so I may be off the mark
