Fun MMO that isn't about grinding levels

I would like unlockables or loot still, I just don't want a game that requires a month of grinding your core level just to hit end game in which case the previous 50-100 levels was supposed to be a story which I didn't care for.

Games which I feel meet my criteria and i've played but didn't stick to or still play just not much are - Mabinogi, League of Legends, Salem, monster hunter, and that's about it. Also from the other mmo thread I will be giving away just 1 of the daily packs (which ever one has the most for 10$). As for this thread i'll just ask the person what they want from steam for 20$ or less. Thanks.
