Depends on your subjective point of view – and the games you're going to want to play on it.
There are several reviews out in the wild which shows the gpu-related performance – which likely is able to smoothly play BF3/4 or Crysis 3 on Medium to High settings or Medium settings respectively.

I have the AMD Radeon HD 8650G on my laptop, which is slightly better than that one. I find that I can run many AAA games on medium, though a bit of messing around with options is necessary sometimes. As long as you're not too picky about your settings (you are on a notebook after all) then you should be satisfied with the amount of gaming you can do on that

well, I don't think I'm picky... i played on a laptop that could barely run mineaweeper for over 3 years :P if i keep most AAA titles on 720p i should be good with this laptop?

Ok so the laptop im looking at is going to be used for gaming and school. It's the Lenovo G505S I'm looking at.
Specs:
CPU: AMD A6-5350S 2,9 GHz, dual core
RAM: 8 GB
GPU: Radeon HD8570
So yeh... would this pc be able to perform good in games?
