Edit: Couldn't get the key to work in Origin or IE/Chrome. Oh well.
Edit 2: Finally managed to get it work by logging out of Origin, enabling Expat Shield then logging into Origin. I had Origin previously automatically (Remember password) log into my account, so it wasn't working

From UK, I can confirm that this is still working. (Time of purchase: 6pm BST)
Tip: Add to cart, take it to check out and when you are on the billing area, scroll down to enter the promo code. Was stuck for 2 mins trying to figure out where to put in the code. Also the code has to be in capital letters.

Install and login to Origin client, add Burnout Paradise to the cart and use the code "PARADISE" (with capitals)
Only works through the Origin client and it's UK only.
Tip: Also works if you use a UK VPN. Lots of people used VPN to buy BF3 without any problem.
