Are any of these games still Unexplored by you? If so, what will you do about that?
Not very often I see one of these bundles where I can comfortably find enough games to hit the upper limit. Nice. Thank you for the thread.
good bundle. grabbed 5 for 8$ with Reventure 10% off coupon: Golf Club Wasteland, Tunnel of Doom, Guild of Darksteel, Taxi Chaos and Grotto
Broken link for This War of Mine: Stories - Season Pass. Also here is steam link instead of steamdb
What you linked is the Season Pass DLC, but what is delivered in this bundle could also be a sub with the same name, including the season pass DLC + 3 episodes DLCs: https://steamdb.info/sub/220245/apps/
Or it could be delivered as 4 separate keys, one for the Season Pass DLC, and 3 keys for each of the episodes.
Hence my question in the OP...
Nice bundle. I'll grab Golf Club Wasteland, Mickey Storm and the Cursed Mask and Grotto.
Mickey Storm and the Cursed Mask have 0 reviews of users of steam so i didn't trust to grab it
Maybe you're right, but for about 1.90€ it isn't that big loss.
Good bundle for me as well. Went with Golf Club Wasteland, Grotto, and Rage in Peace. Used Reventure 10% off!
Many of these titles can be aquired with less than best bundle price in Brazil.
I recommend those who live in cheaper regions to verify sale prices before select titles.
Yeah, that's what I was seeing, too. It's a good bundle that I considered buying but probably not worth it price-wise depending on the region, as you said.
Not really sure, especially with the Steam sale so close. There are 3 games here that look interesting to me, but they're not that high on my wishlist at the same time..
I'll probably just hold out for the Steam summer sale.
There are a few interesting titles, nothing that I'm dying to play, but I might still pull the trigger. In between the impending summer sale and the next Choice bundle, I really don't need to buy moar games. Urgh, I hate being tempted. XD
Overall not a bad bundle but only want 1 and sadly they made it not possible to buy only 1 so won't buy it.
Look for a bundle split on Group Buys, maybe you'll be able to get that one game you want for cheap. :)
Sadly Group Buys are either using Paypal or gems and since I have no Paypal and don't want to make an account Groups Buy is no option for me, so it;s either buy myself or not, but thanks for the advice.
I want 2, their historical lowest, which happens regularly, cheaper than the stupid €5,69, and one of that 2 games had only a -55% historical lowest so far. If there would be a third... these fanatical bundles pretty bad. In the meantime i paid 5€ for this months humble choice. I can't remember when was the last time i bought a bundle from fanatical. Steam is cheaper (during sales) for EU region if you looking for games you want to play, not just +1 amounts.
The House of Da Vinci and Grotto for sure, still checking for more options
I'm interested in Override, and it seems like a good purchase - in the last two years the full pack and the season pass itself didn't go on too good sales. Buying the base game here and DLC later seems the best choice.
Iratus: Lord of the Dead looks good, but was free on GOG, I'm not sure I want to pay money to own it again, while I haven't even played it.
Nobodies: Murder Cleaner looks okay, but it's very likely casual to the point of boredom. (It's possible that it's just some individual assignments, so it may lack an actual story that is the strong point of point and clicks)
Guild of Darksteel - I think I have dozens of 2D metroidvania / soulslike games at this point, it's not super convincing.
JANITOR BLEEDS: looks interesting, but not... enough?
The House of Da Vinci is a really great game for puzzle lovers, highly recommended !
What did you choose in the end?
I went with:
Guild of Darksteel
Tunnel of Doom (that one was for a friend)
House of Da Vinci
Guild of Darksteel
Also bought 3 games from the Play on the Go bundle, got a -10% off coupon as a mystery gift lol
Nice... I'm still very much on the fence about Grotto right now. It seems quite unique but at the same time, I'm really unsure about it. I might end up creating a gib.
I don't really get into games like House of Da Divinci, but I agree with Saint, it honestly is a great game. I would definitely recommend it as well.
Nobodies and Grotto look really good to me. But not sure about a third.
for Nobodies there is no site with reviews on the web and then it costs only 6$. when a game is very cheap it is generally not that great
Cost in no way indicates quality. There are $60 games that are crap and $2.99 games that are fantastic.
I'm in the same boat. I like those two but can't decide on a third. I'm curious what your third choice was if you decided to pull the trigger.
I like Myst-style puzzles games, so I'm slightly tempted by The House of Da Vinci based on the positive reviews, but it just feels like a mobile port of your typical escape-room game: find item, stick item in machine, solve self-contained abstract puzzle, unlock gate. Very predictable with no real narrative.
I'm also considering Golf Club Wasteland for its storytelling and charming atmosphere even if the gameplay seems a bit tedious and lackluster.
Guild of Darksteel - Can't say I care for the rhythm-based combat, but I like that it has exploration and narrative aspects.
Iratus: Lord of the Dead looks good, will decide tomorrow probably.
it was free on GOG
although interested in golf club wasteland, too expensive for my taste, gotta skip
Something seems really off about Slide Stars and Mickey Storm and the Cursed Mask.
Slide Stars was released on November 10, 2020 and Mickey Storm was released on August 24, 2021 on consoles. Both of the games were released on Steam the same day, April 29th, 2022. It's weird that neither game has reviews, especially since both games from my understanding are pretty well developed good games. Both games should have controller support but neither store page has it listed.
TBH it looks like the devs tried to make 2 games out of 1.
Slide Stars has one positive review, but you are right. From the first look, both games look the same.
P.S.: I see the difference: In Slide Stars you can play as a famous (?) YouTube person (ApoRed, Enya Wandres, Brent Rivera, Demi Rose, Ben Azelart).
In Mickey Storm and the Cursed Mas you play a "normal" person.
Yeah, Slide Stars had youtube, tik tok personallities as the characters. It looks like they removed those characters and made some changes turning it into an action adventure game where you battle a boss.
Then they also should remove the names from the store page - it is misleading. And the full list of characters is still listed on the devs website.
Maybe the licenses are gone now, who knows?
Taxi Chaos is the best game from this publisher. it remember a lot Crazy Taxy and for 1,64 € for me it is ok
Also Through the Woods isn't that bad.
Taxi Chaos is from the same publisher, but another developer.
i own Through The Woods and yes it is nice.
To be fair, TtW was "only" a contract work from Triangle Studios. The official developer was Antagonist.
Under reviews on Steamdb for Slide Stars it shows only 1 review but it shows 51.92%. I wonder if they deleted reviews and removed a lot of discussions on the discussion boards.
This shows "Slide Stars 2 Content"
I often saw games with a rating of about 50-55% and with no or nearly no reviews. Always wondered, why.
Same game - other assets...
That lists Mickey Storm and the Cursed Mask in the Slide Stars 2 Content.
That's what I meant - it is the same game, only with other assets (player assets).
Nice bundle, got Nobodies, The House of Da Vinci and Golf Club Wasteland
Had most of these and enjoyed Da Vinci most of those I had already... picked up 5:
Survivalist: Invisible Strain
Rage in Peace
Nobodies: Murder Cleaner
Golf Club Wasteland
Nice selection, with quite a few being new or already bundled only once. Even if it forces to take at least 3, for that price it's not bad.
Gemcraft Frostborn Wrath is a masterpiece of the series
So I guess the 1 for 1 buck BYOB is dead and gone. Shame because I wouldn't pay more for any of these;
Nobodies is out of stock.
