Does it count if I won Fortix from Playblink?

For the life of me, I can't figure out why I haven't given away Fortix on Steamgifts until now.

Just won a copy on Playblink; already own it, so here's to the forum-goers. Ends on the witching hour of the night of demons and ghouls.
